Born from the encounter between fine Arabica and washed high-altitude Robusta, Miscela People is a recipe designed for those looking for an everyday coffee, but without sacrificing quality.

The base is composed of Arabica Brasile Santos , known for its round body and cocoa aftertaste.
Ethiopia Sidamo and Colombia Supremo give floral elegance and citrus notes.
To finish, a very high-profile Indian Robusta Parchment , washed and hand-worked, which adds strength, sweet spice and a lingering character.

The result is a blend with a balanced, full-bodied flavour, a rich body and a compact cream, ideal in both moka pots and espresso.
In the cup , notes of bitter cocoa emerge, light spices and a clean finish, which invites the next sip.

Inspired by the novels of Giuseppina Torregrossa, La Comare Segreta takes its name from the figure of the comare: a trusted presence, bound by deep affections and sincere friendships. This blend is its sensorial transposition, designed to accompany every moment of the day with character and delicacy.

Winner of the International Coffee Tasting Gold Medal in 2020 and the prestigious Platinum Medal in 2021, it stands out for its balance and complexity.

The presence of 10% Robusta gives structure and a pleasant intensity , balanced by a medium acidity and a round body . In the cup, enveloping notes of cocoa beans and spices emerge, for a coffee that tells stories of neighborhood, tradition and passion.

Time is a 100% Arabica blend born from the encounter of three origins carefully selected by 7Gr, Milan, to create a rounded, soft and always consistent profile. At the base we find Brazil, from Mogiana, Sul de Minas and Cerrado: a natural lot that gives structure, sweetness and a clear imprint of milk chocolate and hazelnut. The Colombian component comes from Popayán, where traditional varieties such as Caturra, Typica and Bourbon, hand-picked and processed with the washed method, add a fruity balance, with accents of caramel and stone fruit. To close the triangulation, the washed Ethiopia of Sidamo brings elegance and vivacity, with floral and citrus notes, a tea-like body and a subtle brightness that lightens the cup.

In the cup, Time expresses itself with a velvety and intense consistency, a gentle but recognizable aroma of milk chocolate, and a persistent aftertaste where deep cocoa and toasted dried fruit emerge.

30 Volte Griso was born in 2021 to celebrate Griso's 30 years of activity.

As with the 19-91, Claudia and Antonio offer an elegant and balanced 100% Arabica blend, which wins you over with its pleasantness and persistence in the cup.

Awarded the IIAC International Coffee Tasting Gold Medal in 2022, it stands out for its notes of dark chocolate, toasted dried fruit and a lively yellow fruit acidity , all supported by a medium and harmonious body.

The Composition
Each coffee is roasted individually to enhance its flavor, with very homogeneous beans. The combination of washed Arabica coffees and natural Brazil creates a perfect balance with the Indian canephora Parchment species, giving the blend a unique profile.

In espresso, it presents a persistent hazelnut-colored cream with a fine texture, a good body and hints of orange peel , cocoa beans , walnut and licorice . A coffee that stands out for its sweetness and complexity.

In espresso , despite being composed of only Arabica coffee species, it has a notable body and smoothness given by the natural Brazilian coffee. THE COMPOSITION
All coffees are roasted individually to enhance their flavor to the maximum. The blend contains the following coffees of only Arabica species: Brazil Cerro Alto , Colombia Huila , Guatemala Antigua , Ethiopia Sidamo and Uganda Bugisu .

IN A CUP
In espresso it has a golden/tiger cream. The body is decisive, with hints of white-fleshed fruit , peanuts and dried fruit , which integrate into a full and well-balanced taste.
